Welcome to my nest!
My internet name is Laurelinwen. Elynwen, or "Elly" for short. I haven't coded HTML since Geocities - please be patient with me! >.<. Here, I hope to investigate discovery, because discovering new ideas and concepts are what the world is all about.
A link one of my favorite rabbit holes: Universality (specifically, regarding fractals):
I am also strongly interested in Humpback Whale language, which cellist Yo-Yo Ma has begun to explore (I also play the cello.) With the aid of native Hawaiians, he learned about the concept of "Po," a place that exists in the deepest oceans and the center of the the human - and humpback - brain. The Hawaiian named Snowbird Bento calls it the "Cosmic Night, the source, the origin, a place of darkness. AI is said to have solved the language of whales. Somehow, I doubt they understand the concept of "Po." For more:
I identify with this freed Bonsai. In the first half of my life, I was bound. By circumstances, trauma, and my own self-invalidation. Now, I have come to a place where I am allowed to be stable. I am able to find out who I truly am. Looking at this Bonsai, we see that the strangled roots remain. My past remains. However, from now - from *this moment* - I am finally able to flourish. It is my hope to become as beautiful as the foliage grown by the Bonsai.
This will be a place for me to post my short stories, as well as other ramblings.
Here is my page dedicated to stories I have written. There is only one for now, but I will keep updating. :o):
